Dr. Ningning He, MD is board certified in anesthesiology and ABA subspecialty in pain medicine. Dr. He finished her pain management training at New York University. Dr. He uses the most advanced but least invasive pain management techniques to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain. Appropriate and targeted treatment starts with an accurate diagnosis from Dr. He and her team, followed by an action plan to suit the patient's needs. The goal of Dr. He and her team is compassionate care of the highest quality for those suffering from pain. Dr He served as an instructor for RIWOspine US in Spine Endoscopy techniques. Dr He had extensive training in minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr He is a member of American Board of Anesthesiology Pain Medicine, North American Spine Society (NASS), Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (SMISS), and American Society Of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP). Dr He is affiliated with Overlook Medical Center and Hudson Regional Hospital.

Dr. Kang is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. Dr. Kang is specialized in sports medicine, trauma, and reconstructive surgeries of foot and ankle. She is board certified for Foot and ankle surgeries. Dr. Kang completed her surgical residency at Hoboken University Medical Center and extensively trained in foot and ankle trauma and deformities including reconstruction of the forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle deformities. She received her doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Kang holds certifications from Arthroscopy Associated of North America (AANA), Comprehensive internal Fixation /Reconstructive surgery of the Foot and Ankle (AAFAO), and Extremity Fixation for trauma, Limb Deformity and foot & ankle Reconstruction surgery (Orthofix). She has published a Scientific review for Managing Missed Lower-Extremity Compartment Syndrome in the Physiologically Stable patient (ACFAS, 2017).

Dr. McCormick is board certified sports medicine orthopedics surgeon specializing in arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder, hip, and knee with further sub-specialization in sports medicine and cartilage/joint preservation. Dr McCormick earnied his medical degree for University of Pennsylvania and finished his residency in orthopedics in Harvard. He completed shoulder, knee and sports medicine fellowship at Rush Unveristy. Dr McCormick received over twenty research awards and published over one hundred peer reviewed papers. Dr. McCormick has achieved national and international recognition for his clinical research endeavors. Dr McCormick served as an F/A-18 Fighter Jet Flight Surgeon for United States Marine Corps. Dr. McCormick is currently commissioned as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve. He has also served as assistant team physician for the Chicago Bulls (NBA), Chicago White Sox (MLB).

Dr. Noce is a graduate of the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York where attended medical school and completed his neurosurgery residency. Dr. Noce completed advanced fellowship training in spine surgery at Montefiore Medical Center.. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society and American Medical Association. Dr. Noce has been a pioneer in minimally invasive spine surgery for nearly 20 years. In addition to specializing in complex spine and minimally invasive treatments for a broad range of spine issues – including spinal stenosis, disc disease, degenerative spinal disorders, spinal tumors, and congenital spinal issues – he is leading the industry by instructing other surgeons on these techniques. Dr. Noce also focuses on failed spine surgery syndrome, bringing relief to patients who have new or persistent pain after spinal surgery.

Dr. Shiau earned his MD from University of Michigan as one of the only ten students out of state to attend University of Michigan's Seven Year medical program in 1983. Following his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, he pursued fellowship training in Minimally Invasive and Endoscopic Neurosurgery at Johannes Gutenberg University Hospital in Germany. With over thirty years dedication to neurosurgical patients, Dr Shiau is well recognized and respected nationally and Dr. Shiau’s exceptional patient outcomes and proficiency in his innovative approach make him a trusted choice for many local healthcare providers seeking expert care for neuro-spine-related issues. Dr. Shiau is board certified with American Association of Neurological Surgeons and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
