Our commitment

WeCare Medical Specialty Group is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Many of our patients come to us in pain and with limited mobility. A website they cannot use is a barrier to care, and we treat it that way.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure, so screen readers can navigate by heading and landmark
• Text alternatives for images, and labels on every interactive control
• Full keyboard access, with a visible focus outline on links and buttons
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA for body text and controls
• Animation and smooth scrolling reduced automatically when your device requests less motion
• Content readable without JavaScript, and legible at 200% zoom
• Available in English, Spanish, Korean and Chinese

Conformance

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state, and we have not yet completed an independent third-party audit of this site. We would rather tell you that plainly than claim a certification we do not hold.

Known limitations

Our location pages embed Google Maps to show directions. That map is provided by Google and we do not control its accessibility. Every office address and phone number is also written out as plain text on the same page, so you never need the map to reach us.
