Vein Treatment
Physician-delivered care for varicose and spider veins, from evaluation through minimally invasive treatment.
How it works
Vein problems are more than cosmetic. Varicose veins, spider veins and chronic venous insufficiency can cause aching, heaviness, swelling and skin changes in the legs. Our physicians start with an ultrasound evaluation to map the underlying veins and confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is matched to the vein and the symptom: sclerotherapy for spider and small varicose veins, endovenous thermal ablation to close a diseased vein from the inside, microphlebectomy for bulging surface veins, and compression therapy where conservative care is the right first step. Procedures are minimally invasive and performed in the office, so most patients return to normal activity the same day.
