Dr. Navi Plaha is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician and a Pain Medicine specialist. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology. She completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York University (NYU) Grossman School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. She completed Pain Medicine specialty fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine Montefiore Medical Center, where she served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Plaha specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of spine, musculoskeletal, neurologic, and peripheral nerve conditions. As a physiatrist, she focuses on restoring function, mobility, and quality of life through rehabilitation, exercise-based care, and non-surgical treatment. As a pain medicine specialist, she provides comprehensive and holistic pain management services, performing both image-guided procedures and non operative pain treatment.
