About Dr. Rai Kang

Dr. Rai Kang is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon specializing in the comprehensive surgical and non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions, with particular expertise in reconstructive surgery, sports injuries, trauma, and advanced surgical care.

Dr. Kang earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed her surgical residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery at Hoboken University Medical Center.

During her residency, she received extensive clinical and surgical training in adult and pediatric foot and ankle conditions, including reconstruction of the forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle, as well as complex foot and ankle trauma. Her advanced training has also included foot and ankle arthroscopy, internal and external fixation, deformity correction, reconstructive surgery, and total ankle replacement.

Dr. Kang is committed to providing individualized care tailored to each patient’s condition, lifestyle, and goals. She emphasizes conservative and minimally invasive treatment whenever appropriate while offering advanced surgical options when necessary to relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve quality of life.
